My career began in military intelligence, where I was trained to find signal in the noise and translate complexity into clear direction. That discipline of discernment became my lifelong advantage: the ability to see what truly matters and cut through everything else.
I also know what happens when you lose the signal.
My first business grew fast — and burned me out even faster. That experience taught me a simple truth: success that comes at the expense of self is not success at all.
From that lesson came my framework for Healthy High Performance: a system for scaling without self-sacrifice. It’s how Greene Light protects energy, creates rhythm and turns high performance into a way of operating, not a survival sprint.
